The Terms of Service applies whether you are a user that registers an account with Vibent or an unregistered user. You agree that by registering for an account or otherwise using these services, you accept these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These are the general rules:

You must be at least 13 years or older to engage in the use of our services.
Don’t break the law or encourage others to break the law.
Respect other users and don’t engage in or promote violence, bullying, or harassment towards other users.
Don’t impersonate others by registering for an account under their name or otherwise promoting yourself under this false pretense.
Don’t reduce others’ user experience by spamming or distribute unsolicited advertising material.
Don’t create an account to prevent others from using the name or to sell the name.
We may modify these terms at any time and will attempt to provide 7 days notice. Continuing to use Vibent after a change to these terms means you accept the new terms.

The following rules apply specifically for content creators. This includes anyone hosting an active stream or SoundCloud playlist using our services:

Don’t stream any content with people engaging in sexual or violent acts.
Don’t stream any content using others' intellectual property, unless you have written permission to use it, have given credit to the creator, or your use is protected by fair use.
This is a site for music producers & creators to livestream and share their own tracks and playlists. Although not strictly enforced, don’t stream non-music related content.
